Feel. Sense.
Explore. Uncover.
Practices to transform the way you live and experience life
When we’re in tune with ourselves, we continue to discover and bring out our best.
We live in a culture that often keeps us distracted, disengaged, and disconnected. The pressures of constant busyness and stress can make it feel overwhelming to create space for what truly matters.
That's why I guide people to reconnect with themselves and build a sustainable foundation of wellbeing—empowering them to face challenges with trust, resilience and clarity, and to rediscover the joy of living.
Embodied mindfulness practices are at the heart of my work. There’s no need for special yoga clothes, the ability to sit cross-legged, or to silence your thoughts.
My approach is adaptable and welcoming, ensuring everyone can participate in a way that feels right for them.
I’m available for in-person sessions in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, as well as online.

Do you breathe consciously or with intention? Many don’t. Yet, breathing is the gateway to true wellbeing and transformation.
While "breathwork" has become a popular term, I prefer not to use it to describe the practices I share. The practices I offer are explorations and inquiries. They are opportunities to meet and connect with your breath and reclaim its natural state.
Most of us are born with the innate ability to breathe freely and expansively. Through life, it is common to acquire distortions and restrictions in our breathing, affecting our wellbeing and every aspect of our lives, perhaps in ways we are not even aware of.
It’s not about adding effort, breathing harder, striving to hold the breath or complicated techniques. Instead, it’s about unlearning the habitual patterns that restrict the flow of your breath.
Learn how to access your body’s natural vitality and energy, regulate your nervous system and navigate the inevitable stressors of life with the support and loyalty of your breath.
You’re invited to Breathe With Me online - Sundays at 5pm AEDT. Book your spot here.

I design creative classes and workshops inspired by hatha yoga and somatic practices that empower you to reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence, enhancing clarity, balance and resilience.
My 200-hour yoga teacher training was grounded entirely in trauma-informed, embodied and accessible practice. Choice and agency are the cornerstones of the practices I offer, which help us to cultivate healthy boundaries and discernment. The focus is on how the shapes and movements feel, not on what they look like.
No yoga experience or flexibility is required. Come just as you are.
Feel. Sense. Explore. And truly get to know yourself so that you can show up as your best.
You’re invited to Embodied Mornings online - Thursdays at 6:30am AEDT. Book your spot here.

Embodied meditation practices go beyond the mind and invite you to anchor your awareness in the sensations of your body. They help us to understand our patterns and befriend our nervous system, fostering adaptability and steadiness in times of stress.
There is no requirement to sit cross-legged or remain perfectly still. Meditation can take place in any place that feels restful and easeful for you - anywhere that is comfortable enough. There are no rules about emptying the mind or silencing your thoughts.
There's also no need to concentrate your attention with strain and force, or meditate in perfect quiet. Things that have previously been obstacles or distractions in meditation, or barriers to you giving it a try, will turn into your greatest allies.
There's nothing to get right or achieve. Let me guide you in developing an accessible and achievable meditation practice.
If you think you can't meditate, or don't have the time to meditate, these offerings are for you.

Yin Yoga is about finding the joy in slowing down. It is about relearning how to rest.
Yin invites us to explore the deeper layers of ourselves.
For me, Yin is not about achieving a perfect shape or needing to have amazing flexibility. Yin is an embodied experience of returning home to yourself, tending to yourself with care, warmth and attention. This is all the more important in a culture that seeks to keep us disconnected, distracted, and disengaged.
Creative theming, integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, mindfulness teachings and poetry all add depth, intrigue and meaning to the experience.
You’re invited to join me for the magic of Yin and gift yourself time to rest, nourish and restore.

As a trauma-informed practitioner with lived experience, I bring a compassionate approach to supporting individuals and groups navigating mental health, addiction and other challenges.
I create unique and tailored practices weaving together trauma-informed yoga, breathing and mindfulness meditation.
My approach fosters an environment where participants can begin to reclaim a sense of agency over their wellbeing. My sessions create a supportive space where participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies, to gently explore somatic and embodied practices and to learn actionable tools to regulate their nervous systems.
I am also a registered NDIS provider under innovative community participation.

I am able to collaborate directly with your CEO, work closely with your leadership team, or engage with your staff to create extraordinary outcomes.
Having worked as a family law solicitor for almost a decade, I’m familiar with the demands of corporate life, and my approach is both personable and relatable.
My goal is to demystify yoga and meditation, offering accessible, enjoyable practices that are easy to integrate into a busy schedule. There's no need to be flexible, sit cross-legged on the floor, or silence your thoughts.
I share tools that can help people learn to relax in our overstimulated culture, incorporate movement into sedentary lifestyles, identify and release stress, manage challenging situations, and find joy in the day-to-day—especially in a fast-paced work environment. Specific benefits of these practices include improved teamwork and collaboration, enhanced clarity, creativity and calm in decision-making, and greater mental agility.
My offerings include breathing practices, evidence-based tools for understanding and regulating your nervous system, somatic (body) based practices, and secular mindfulness meditation techniques that can be done anytime, anywhere.
They are valuable tools that promote wellbeing and sustainable engagement in work, in relationships, and in life.
