As One Embodied Yoga & Meditation

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri and Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land where I am grateful to live, play and create. Connecting deeply with the rhythms of nature has been central to my own healing, in particular, a pair of lemon-scented gum trees. These magical and majestic trees have been powerful guides, reminding me of our shared connection with the land and with all living things - a constant reminder that we are truly as one.
